Common scenarios

AV has been renegotiated
  1. Open the booking record in Zoho CRM.
  2. Update the Agreement Value (AV) field.
  3. Save. The new AV syncs automatically to Homesfy CRM.
  4. You do not need to open Homesfy CRM for this change.
An invoice has been raised
  1. Open the booking record in Zoho CRM.
  2. Update Invoice raised status to Yes.
  3. Update the relevant ladder % fields (Invoice raised %, Eligible invoice %) in Zoho.
  4. Save. Status fields sync to Homesfy; % fields stay in Zoho only.
A booking has been cancelled
  1. Open the booking record in Zoho CRM.
  2. Update Booking cancellation status.
  3. Save. Syncs back to Homesfy CRM automatically.
Do not delete the record in Zoho — always mark it cancelled using the status field.
Wrong RM name is showing in Zoho
  1. Do not attempt to edit RM name in Zoho — the field is read-only.
  2. Contact your team lead or Homesfy Tech to correct the assignment in Homesfy CRM.
  3. Once corrected in Homesfy CRM, the name updates in Zoho automatically.
Developer name is blank in Zoho
  1. Do not attempt to edit project fields in Zoho.
  2. Escalate to the Project Data team with the Lead ID and project name.
  3. They will link the developer in Homesfy CRM. It will then flow to Zoho automatically.
A 100% Magnet booking is not showing in Zoho
  1. 100% Magnet bookings are not pushed automatically until the vetting process is live.
  2. Contact Priya to vet the booking data in Homesfy CRM.
  3. After vetting, the booking will be pushed to Zoho manually by the tech team.
Note: This process will be automated once the vetting workflow with Priya's team is formalised.
Flat type showing as "1.0" or "2.0"
  1. This is a known issue being fixed in Homesfy CRM by the tech team.
  2. Do not edit in Zoho — it will be overwritten on the next sync.
  3. Raise with Homesfy Tech (Rohan) if the issue persists after the fix.
Adding notes, follow-ups, or callbacks
  1. All notes, callbacks, and follow-ups are managed entirely in Zoho CRM.
  2. No action needed in Homesfy CRM — these fields do not sync.
